This is Carter. He’s the closest thing I will ever have to a little brother.

He was born with a birth defect that was a result of a hormonal imbalance or chromosomal abnormality in the womb. This caused him to develop feminized secondary sex characteristics despite his male skeleton, brain, muscular structure, and mental makeup. This has caused him a few health issues over the years, including painful stomach cramping due to feminized sex characteristics existing in his male pelvis as well as a need for a compression shirt to hide the breast tissue he has developed during puberty. After his first semester in college, Carter will be facing homelessness. This is because his parents believe that he should mold his body and mind to fit his sex characteristics rather than get treatment to correct them. Due to this, he needs to raise money for his surgery on his own, as he will need to pay for the surgery himself without his parents or their insurance coverage to lighten the financial load.
